Borran Software was founded in 1986 with their flagship real estate broker-designed real estate accounting software and real estate transaction management software (now called RealBroker).

In 2005, Borran Software purchased,Pocket Real Estate™ PDA software that downloads MLS listings, provides wireless listing access, and many other features. Pocket Real Estate supports virtually every MLS system and provides comprehensive data delivery.
